- ข้อมูลการเข้าใช้งาน: หมายเลข IP วันเวลา หน้าที่เรียกใช้ ผลการเรียก ข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์ (User-Agent) และรหัสผู้ใช้

- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย: เก็บข้อมูลการเข้าใช้งานตาม พ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ฯ
- ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย: รักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ และดูสถิติรวมเพื่อปรับปรุงบริการ (เป็นตัวเลขรวม เช่น จำนวนผู้ใช้หรือเส้นทางยอดนิยม ไม่ระบุตัวบุคคล)

4. ใครเห็นข้อมูลของคุณ
- ผู้ใช้ที่เส้นทางตรงกัน เห็นชื่อ-นามสกุล เพศ อายุ รูปโปรไฟล์ ประเภทและรุ่นยานพาหนะ เส้นทาง (ตัดช่วงต้นและปลายออก ไม่แสดงหมุดและชื่อต้นทาง/ปลายทาง) วันเวลาเดินทาง จำนวนที่นั่ง และค่าร่วมเดินทาง
- คู่เดินทางที่ยืนยันการเดินทางกันแล้ว เห็นเส้นทางเต็มพร้อมชื่อต้นทาง/ปลายทาง ข้อความแชทที่ส่งถึงกัน เบอร์โทรของคุณ และลิงก์โซเชียลที่คุณใส่ไว้ (กดโทรหรือเปิดแอปได้ เพื่อนัดจุดรับส่ง) — เมื่อการเดินทางถูกยกเลิก อีกฝ่ายจะไม่เห็นเบอร์โทรและลิงก์โซเชียลในระบบอีก แต่เราลบเบอร์ที่อีกฝ่ายจดหรือบันทึกไว้เองไม่ได้

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชี โปรไฟล์ เส้นทาง การจอง และแชท: เก็บจนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี เมื่อลบบัญชี ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ถูกลบทันที (คำขอเดินทางและแชทที่มีกับผู้ใช้อื่นจะถูกลบไปด้วย)
- ข้อมูลการเข้าใช้งาน: เก็บ 90 วัน ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด แล้วลบอัตโนมัติ — ข้อมูลส่วนนี้ยังเก็บไว้จนครบกำหนดแม้ลบบัญชีแล้ว

8. ผู้เยาว์

Privacy Notice
This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Thai version, the Thai version prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Account: email address (used to sign in, and when you confirmed it), password (stored only as a hash — nobody can read the actual password), and the version and time you accepted the terms.
- Sign in with Google (if you use it): your Google account ID (used to match your account when you sign in) and, when you first sign up, your first name, last name and the email address verified by Google. We never receive your Google password and cannot access anything else in your Google account.
- Profile: first and last name, phone number, gender, age, profile photo, vehicle type and model, driving licence number, and your Instagram / LINE / Facebook handles (if you add them).
- Trips: points on the map (origin, destination, stops), place names, routes, travel date and time, number of seats, and cost share.
- Bookings and chat: trip requests, negotiated prices, chat messages with your trip partner, and when you last viewed a request or read a chat (used to show what is new, and "read" to your trip partner).
- Access data: IP address, date and time, pages requested, the result of each request, browser information (User-Agent) and your user ID.
- Cookies: only the cookie needed to keep you signed in (session). No tracking or advertising cookies.
- Data in your browser: your chosen language, last map position and last vehicle used are kept on your device only (never sent to us); the map position and vehicle are cleared when you sign out.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service under the terms (contract): creating your account, matching routes, managing trip requests, chat, sending email confirmation and password reset links, and email notifications about new trip requests or unread chat messages.
- Legal obligation: keeping access data as required by the Computer-Related Crime Act.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the system secure, preventing misuse, and viewing aggregate statistics to improve the service (totals such as number of users or popular routes, not about any individual).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who sees your data
- Users with matching routes see your first and last name, gender, age, profile photo, vehicle type and model, route (with its start and end cut off, without your pins or origin/destination names), travel date and time, number of seats, and cost share.
- Your confirmed trip partner sees your full route with origin/destination names, the chat messages you exchange, your phone number and the social links you added (tap to call or open the app, to arrange pickup) — once the trip is cancelled, the other person no longer sees your phone number or social links in the system, but we cannot delete a number they wrote down or saved themselves.
- Your phone number and social links are not shown to other users before a trip is confirmed; your email and driving licence number are never shown to other users.
- Server hosting provider: all data in section 2 is stored on a server rented from [Provider name / server country — if abroad, disclose the cross-border transfer]
- Route calculation: we run our own routing engine (OSRM) on our server; map coordinates are not sent to an outside provider.
- Geoapify GmbH (Germany), our map and place search provider:
- Your search text, and the coordinates of points you pin (to look up place names), go through our server — Geoapify does not see your IP address or account.
- Map tiles are loaded by your browser directly from Geoapify — Geoapify sees your IP address and the map area you view.
- This is a transfer abroad, to a provider subject to the EU data protection law (GDPR); see Geoapify's Privacy Policy.
- Google (only if you sign in with Google): your browser contacts Google directly to verify your identity, under Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC (Gmail, United States), our email delivery provider: your email address and the message content when we send you a confirmation or password reset link, or a notification (your trip partner's first name, never the chat text) — a transfer abroad, under Google's Privacy Policy.
- Government agencies or officials, when ordered or required by law.
5. How long we keep data
- Account, profile, routes, bookings and chat: kept until you delete your account. When you delete it, this data is deleted immediately (trip requests and chats with other users are deleted too).
- Access data: kept for 90 days as required by law, then deleted automatically — this data is kept until that period ends even if you delete your account.
- Cached route calculations (not linked to any user): about 24 hours.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict its use, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
- You can edit your profile and delete your account yourself on the profile page.
- For other rights, contact us as in section 1. We will respond within 30 days.
- You may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
7. Security
Passwords are stored as hashes (bcrypt), the sign-in cookie cannot be read by JavaScript, and HTTPS is used when the service is live. If a data breach poses a risk to your rights, we will notify the PDPC within 72 hours and notify you without undue delay.
8. Minors
Users under 20 must have a parent's or guardian's consent before using the service.
9. Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the system will ask you to read and accept the new version before continuing.
