สำหรับผู้ขับและผู้โดยสาร — อ่านก่อนเดินทางกับคนที่เพิ่งรู้จัก

เหตุฉุกเฉิน โทรก่อน

PaiNam ไม่ได้ตรวจสอบตัวตน ใบขับขี่ หรือประวัติของผู้ใช้ ข้อมูลในโปรไฟล์เป็นสิ่งที่ผู้ใช้กรอกเอง — ใช้วิจารณญาณของคุณทุกครั้ง

ก่อนเดินทาง

• ดูโปรไฟล์ของอีกฝ่าย: รูป ชื่อ เพศ อายุ และรุ่นรถ — ไม่มีรูปหรือข้อมูลดูแปลก ๆ ไม่ต้องรับคำขอ
• คุยกันในแชทของ PaiNam ก่อนย้ายไปช่องทางอื่น — แชทในระบบเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐาน แม้ยกเลิกการเดินทางแล้ว
• นัดจุดรับส่งที่สาธารณะ มีคน มีไฟสว่าง เช่น หน้าร้านสะดวกซื้อ สถานีรถไฟฟ้า — ไม่จำเป็นต้องบอกที่อยู่บ้าน
• บอกคนที่ไว้ใจว่าจะเดินทางกับใคร เมื่อไร ไปไหน
• ผู้ขับ: ตรวจว่าประกันภัยรถคุ้มครองผู้โดยสารร่วมเดินทาง (ข้อตกลงข้อ 4)
• ผู้ใช้อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี: ให้ผู้ปกครองรู้ทุกครั้งที่เดินทาง

ตอนเจอกัน

• ตรวจว่าหน้าตา รุ่นรถ และสีรถตรงกับโปรไฟล์ — ไม่ตรง ไม่ต้องขึ้นรถ
• ถ่ายรูปป้ายทะเบียนส่งให้คนที่ไว้ใจ และแชร์ตำแหน่งสด (Google Maps / LINE) ให้เขาตลอดทาง
• ผู้โดยสารนั่งเบาะหลังได้ ไม่ต้องเกรงใจ
• รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยเมื่อไร ยกเลิกได้เสมอ — ความปลอดภัยสำคัญกว่าค่ารถ

ระหว่างทาง

• คาดเข็มขัดนิรภัยทุกที่นั่ง / สวมหมวกกันน็อกทั้งคนขับและคนซ้อน
• ขับเร็ว ขับอันตราย หรือดื่มแล้วขับ: ขอให้จอดในที่ปลอดภัยแล้วลงจากรถ
• เปลี่ยนเส้นทางไปจากที่คุยกันโดยไม่บอก: ถามทันที และพร้อมโทร 191

เรื่องเงิน

• PaiNam เป็นการหารค่าใช้จ่าย ไม่ใช่รถรับจ้าง — จ่ายตามราคาที่ตกลงในระบบเท่านั้น
• อีกฝ่ายเรียกเงินเพิ่มนอกจากที่ตกลงไว้ ไม่ต้องจ่าย และรายงานได้
• ระวังการขอให้โอนเงินล่วงหน้าก่อนเจอกัน
• อย่าส่งรูปบัตรประชาชน เลขบัญชี หรือรหัส OTP ให้ใคร

เมื่อเกิดเรื่อง

• มีอันตรายเฉพาะหน้า: โทรเบอร์ฉุกเฉินด้านบนก่อนเสมอ
• แจ้งเรา: กด "⚠️ รายงาน" ที่การ์ดคำขอในหน้า "คำขอเดินทาง" — ผู้ดูแลระบบเห็นคนเดียว อีกฝ่ายไม่รู้ว่าใครรายงาน ถ้าผิดข้อตกลงจริง บัญชีจะถูกระงับ
• ไม่อยากเจอคนนี้อีก: กด "🚫 บล็อก" — ค้นหาไม่เจอกันทั้งสองฝ่าย และคำขอ/ทริปข้างหน้ากับคนนี้ถูกยกเลิก
• จะแจ้งความ: เก็บแชท รูป และหลักฐานไว้ — เราให้ข้อมูลกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้เมื่อมีหนังสือขอตามกฎหมาย

ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของคุณ

• เบอร์โทรและลิงก์โซเชียลของคุณเห็นเฉพาะคู่เดินทางที่ยืนยันการเดินทางกันแล้ว — ยกเลิกแล้วไม่เห็นในระบบอีก (ยกเว้นช่องทางที่คุณติ๊ก "โชวสาธารณะ" ในหน้าแก้ไขโปรไฟล์ ซึ่งคนที่เจอเส้นทางของคุณเห็นได้เลย — ใช้เฉพาะเมื่อจำเป็น)
• ก่อนยืนยัน คนอื่นเห็นเส้นทางของคุณแบบตัดช่วงต้นและปลายออก ไม่เห็นหมุดหรือชื่อต้นทาง/ปลายทาง

Safety tips

For drivers and passengers — read before travelling with someone you have just met

In an emergency, call first

PaiNam does not verify users' identity, driving licences or background. Profile details are entered by the users themselves — always use your own judgement.

Before the trip

• Look at the other person's profile: photo, name, gender, age and vehicle model — no photo or odd details? You do not have to accept.
• Talk in the PaiNam chat before moving to other apps — the chat is kept as evidence, even after a trip is cancelled.
• Meet at a public, busy, well-lit place such as a convenience store or train station — you do not need to share your home address.
• Tell someone you trust who you are travelling with, when and where.
• Drivers: check that your car insurance covers passengers sharing the ride (Terms of Use, section 4).
• Under 20: let your parent or guardian know every time you travel.

When you meet

• Check that the person, car model and colour match the profile — if they do not, do not get in.
• Send a photo of the licence plate to someone you trust, and share your live location (Google Maps / LINE) with them for the whole trip.
• Passengers can sit in the back seat — no need to feel awkward.
• Whenever you feel unsafe, you can always cancel — your safety matters more than the fare.

On the way

• Wear a seat belt in every seat / a helmet for both rider and passenger.
• Speeding, dangerous or drunk driving: ask to stop somewhere safe and get out.
• Route changes from what you agreed without explanation: ask right away and be ready to call 191.

Money

• PaiNam is cost sharing, not a paid ride service — pay only the price agreed in the app.
• If the other person asks for more than agreed, you do not have to pay — and you can report it.
• Be careful with requests to transfer money before you meet.
• Never send anyone a photo of your ID card, your bank account details or an OTP code.

If something happens

• Immediate danger: always call the emergency numbers above first.
• Tell us: press "⚠️ Report" on the request card on the "Trip requests" page — only the admins see it, the other person does not know who reported them, and accounts that breach the terms are suspended.
• Do not want to see them again: press "🚫 Block" — neither of you will find the other, and requests/upcoming trips with them are cancelled.
• Going to the police: keep the chat, photos and any evidence — we can give information to the police when they request it under the law.

Your personal data

• Your phone number and social links are shown only to trip partners once the trip is confirmed — after a cancellation they no longer see them in the app (except the ones you tick "Show publicly" on the edit profile page, which anyone who finds your route can see — use it only when you need to).
• Before that, others see your route with the start and end trimmed, without your pins or place names.
